These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and PakVIP (hereinafter "PakVIP", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at pakvip.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon.
PakVIP is an English-language online betting information platform primarily serving users in Pakistan. The Platform provides information about online sports betting — including cricket, PSL markets, ICC tournament coverage, football, UFC and other sports — as well as casino games, responsible gambling guidance and related content. PakVIP does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim regulatory approval by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform. By accessing or using pakvip.cam in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
By accessing the Platform, clicking any interactive element, registering an Account or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction; (c) you meet the minimum age requirement set out in Section 4; and (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Access to the Platform and any associated betting or casino services is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your Account is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or are under guardianship may not register.
You must access the Platform only from jurisdictions where such access and participation in online betting is not restricted or prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any related platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
To access betting markets and financial features of the Platform, you must create an Account. The following requirements govern the registration process:
PakVIP and the Operator are required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of account functionality or account closure.
Verification may require one or more of the following: a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport; a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and residential address); and a selfie or liveness check for facial recognition purposes.
All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered and legible. Submitting falsified, edited or expired documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, SMS or third-party messaging applications.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the stipulated number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement will be published with each offer.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; systematic low-margin or arbitrage betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine wagering risk; use of bonus funds in excluded games or markets.
Any PKR bonus figures shown on this Platform (e.g., "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus", "PKR 1,000 referral credit") are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live, active offers by the Operator. Such figures are clearly labeled as illustrative where used.
Bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited. Expiry timelines are published with each offer. PakVIP is not responsible for forfeited bonuses due to User inaction.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the Operator's betting rules in force at the time of placement. The following general conditions apply:
Users must not engage in any activity that violates these Terms, any applicable law, or that is harmful to PakVIP, the Operator, other Users or third parties. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
PakVIP is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following provisions apply to all Users:
Users may set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion through their Account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before activation.
Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Users under self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion by any means.
Gambling should never be used as a method of recovering financial losses. Chasing losses — placing additional bets in response to prior losses — is a significant indicator of problem gambling. If you find yourself chasing losses, use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team immediately.
Users experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to seek support from independent responsible-gambling organisations. PakVIP recommends consulting recognized gambling support resources in the operator's license jurisdiction for confidential advice and assistance.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and page layout — is the property of PakVIP or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, duplicate or copy any Platform content; (b) resell or commercially exploit any Platform content; (c) systematically extract or scrape any data from the Platform; or (d) use any PakVIP trademark, logo or brand identifier without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of PakVIP's intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PakVIP and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of service; (d) any bugs, viruses or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform; or (e) any losses arising from betting or gambling activity.
PakVIP provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, PakVIP's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.
PakVIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
PakVIP reserves the right to modify, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Any change will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — PakVIP will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent on-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted first to good-faith mediation between the parties before any formal legal proceedings are commenced.
PakVIP does not claim that use of the Platform is lawful, licensed or regulated under the laws of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of their activities under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any subsequent amendments, provincial ordinances or regulatory guidance.
